Current training at GKVK, provides speed workouts and endurance training based on individual runners. Expert trainers and a tight schedule with inbuilt focus on individual runners strength and weakness.

Yoga

Yoga is holistic practice for all ages, focuses on mind, body and soul. Yoga helps remove stress, reduce body aches, pains and shave off extra pounds while allowing muscles to grow longer and leaner.

Zumba and Steppers

By using a simple stepper, lot of benefits one can gain, like – increase aerobic capacity; helps in toning and weight loss; it’s a easy and low impact exercise, a plus for those with joint problems and helps reduce stress.
